Sally and Paul have been performing together as a duo for over 8 years. They have entertained at a wide variety of events from weddings to festivals and from small private parties to corporate events. Both have musical backgrounds and with over thirty years experience between them, their knowledge and know how makes any occasion a success. Sally is an award winning vocalist who studied at Cardiff University. She regularly performed cabaret at various South Coast Butlins during summer seasons in the 80s and was a warm up act for top comedian Frank Carson. She now leads 5 'ROCK' Choirs when not singing with Back Two and leads local 'March Can't Sing Choir' in Cambridgeshire. Paul is a talented pianist with his roots firmly in Gospel, Blues and Rock 'n' Roll and performed with 'Soul Seekers' at the 1980 Green Belt Festival. He is also a talented impressionist (although many aren't really popular now...lol) and his comedy can sometimes captivate and surprise an audience - including Sally! " I have several awards - Cycling Proficiency 1973; Bronze, Silver and Gold swimming badges and Audience Dancing on Top of The Pops!" Sally and Paul sing a wide variety of styles and genres. They have a vast repertoire - from Katherine Jenkins to Elton John, from Barbra Streisand to Queen and can successfully deliver classical, jazz, swing, blues, skiffle, rock and roll, pop, rock, soul, Motown, and disco with ease. Back Two also plan and deliver their own events: their Vintage Tea Dances are well attended and audiences have enjoyed themed dinner dances and rock 'n' roll nights. Each client is important, no matter how small, so Back Two pride themselves on a personal touch to ensure success. Whether you want to sit back and listen, or fill the dance floor, you can be assured that Back Two will deliver. Back Two can perform for 30 minutes through to three hours (with a break or two!) and can provide additional background music should it be required. |
